Let's Play Ball!

Major League Baseball (as a whole) begins its regular season today—Opening Day! Man, I’m so glad it’s back. Now, if we could just get rid of Old Man Winter here in the Midwest, I’d be even more grateful. Go Twins!

So, at 4:30 this morning, I finally finished a sixteen-hour day in which my trusted audio mixer/editor Jesse put the final touches on the Bee Balms & Burgundy audiobook. I then came home and converted all files and arranged them onto three discs, as well as created the artwork for the CD labels. Tomorrow, finally, we deliver them to the duplicator, for a Thursday delivery on the first batch. It’ll also be available as of Friday in downloadable format on my Web site, Right on!

Which brings me to me final point. I’ll be taking part in my first book fair this weekend. (I’m really excited about it.) We’ll be at the Arkansas Literary Festival in Little Rock on Saturday and Sunday, in the fair’s open-air section. If you’re in the neighborhood, we’d love to meet you.
Until then…

Peace & Luv

(See for yourself why it beat out Nicholas Sparks, Nora Roberts, and Richard Paul Evans, among others, for the title of "North America's Best Love Story of the Year." [Bronte Prize results are HERE.])
